The DARE Model
The DARE model is CXG's operational governance framework, ensuring every agent action, client interaction, and performance outcome is anchored to a clear structure of accountability and execution excellence.
Decision
Every interaction and operational choice is made within a pre-agreed decision authority matrix. Agents know exactly what they can offer, confirm, or commit to, and what must be escalated. This eliminates ambiguity and protects brand consistency.
Action
